Jonathan Corey, Attorney at Law

Jonathan Corey received his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2004, after completing his undergraduate education at Southern Methodist University in 2000.

Jonathan began his legal career working on civil litigation matters in a mid-sized Portland law firm. After a few years, he decided to limit his practice to exclusively family law, and worked for a large family law firm with offices in various locations around Oregon.

Jonathan joined Yates, Matthews & Eaton in early 2008, and continues to limit his practice to family law as he has for the past year. His experience with civil litigation gives him insight to the complex financial issues that families frequently face when dividing a marital estate. His easy manner of communication calms clients who are struggling with the emotional issues involved with family law issues.

Jonathan is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the Multnomah County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network.
