Melissa Kelleigh has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 2000. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago, receiving a B.A. in Linguistics with honors in 1995 and graduated with a J.D. cum laude from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in 2000. While in law school, she served as Executive Editor for the Journal of Small and Emerging Business Law (now the Lewis & Clark Law Review). Ms. Kelleigh began her legal career as a judicial clerk for Judge David Brewer at the Oregon Court of Appeals. Ms. Kelleigh has practiced family law for over six years, first as an associate at Kennedy, Watts, Arellano & Ricks, L.L.P., then in her own solo law practice focusing on family law.
